These terms govern your use of AdsByAgents. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Plain-language summaries head each section — the full text is what applies.
The service
AdsByAgents provides pre-configured AI agents that run in the cloud and are reachable through messaging channels such as Telegram and Slack. Each subscription gives you an agent instance running in its own isolated workspace. We manage the hosting, uptime, and updates; you use the agent through your connected channels and your console.
Your account
You need a valid email address to create an account, and you must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. Login codes sent to your email are for you alone — you're responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been compromised.
Subscriptions & billing
Each agent slot is a monthly subscription at a flat price shown at checkout — there are no setup fees and no per-token or per-message charges. Optional add-ons (such as running a custom model) are billed as a flat monthly amount on top. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
If prices change, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice before the new price applies to your renewal. A paid slot stays yours even when no agent is deployed on it — you can deploy a new agent to an open slot at no extra charge.
Free trial
New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial with full access. Cancel within the trial and you pay nothing. If you don't cancel, the subscription converts to a paid plan automatically at the end of the trial and your payment method is charged.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to break the law, send spam, infringe others' rights, or create harmful or deceptive content. Don't try to break the isolation between workspaces, probe our infrastructure, or resell the service without our written permission. When your agent operates on third-party platforms (like Telegram or Slack), you must also follow those platforms' terms.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with notice where practical.
Your content & data
You own the content you give your agent and the work it produces for you. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to run the service. Your agent's workspace — conversations, learned skills, files, and credentials — is private to your instance: it is never shared across accounts and never used to train models.
AI outputs
Agents are powered by AI models and can make mistakes. Review outputs before relying on them — especially anything you publish, send to customers, or spend money on. You're responsible for how you use agent outputs, including compliance with advertising and marketing rules that apply to your business.
Cancellation & deletion
You can cancel any subscription at any time from your console; access continues until the end of the paid period. When a subscription ends, its agent workspace — conversations, learned skills, and credentials — is permanently deleted. We keep nothing from it.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is." We work hard on uptime but don't promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. For material changes we'll notify you by email or in the console before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
